Ingredients:
½ c. Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1 lb. sliced carrots
2 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. chopped nuts (pecans and walnuts work best)
Directions:
Pour dressing over carrots in large nonstick skillet. Stir to coat.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Stir in basil and nuts. Continue cooking for 5 minutes.
