Lazygirl's Turkey Stroganoff




Ingredients:

1 (8 oz.) pkg egg noodles, cooked
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 cube chicken bouillon, crumbled
1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:


Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place the turkey and onion in the skillet and cook until turkey is evenly brown and onion is tender.
Mix in the bouillon.

Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and water into the skillet.
Cook and stir until heated through.
Season with paprika, salt and pepper.

Serve over the cooked egg noodles.

Tip:

If you are a sour cream lover, you can add in 1/2 c. sour cream when you add in the mushroom soup. It adds to the creaminess of the dish.
